• 2 days total

  • Day 1 – Theory & workshops: ISO 9001:2015 essentials, process & risk-based auditing, planning, questioning and evidence gathering

  • Day 2 – Mock audit: Team planning, on-site/simulated audit of a live process, reporting and presenting findings

• Includes group exercises, real examples and audit role-plays.

• Interpret ISO 9001:2015 requirements using a process and risk-based approach

• Plan audits: scope, criteria, objectives, audit programmes and individual plans

• Conduct audits: interviews, sampling, traceability, collecting and verifying evidence

• Report, communicate and follow up: corrective action, effectiveness checks and closure

• Apply auditor behaviours: objectivity, ethics, communication and time management

• ISO 9001:2015 structure, intent and key clauses (4–10)

• Audit principles (ISO 19011 guidance) and auditor competence

• Building the audit programme and individual audit plans

• Questioning techniques, evidence trails and sampling strategies

• Writing findings that drive improvement (facts, clause links, risk context)

• Nonconformity management, corrective action and verification

• Mock audit: planning meeting → process audit → reporting & presentation

Assessment & Certification

• Short knowledge checks plus observed performance during the mock audit

• Certificate of completion issued upon successful participation

Prerequisites
No formal prerequisites. Familiarity with your organisation’s processes/QMS is helpful.
